Frequently asked questions when choosing a 3PL company.

Which eCommerce platforms do you support?

Our software works seamlessly with Shopify and Woocommerce. Our team can add additional platforms for you, providing your volumes are high enough to justify the extra build time.

Who will deliver my orders?

Bob, Barbara and Billy. Oh, and a whole load of people at Evri, UPS and APC.

Where are you based?

We are based in Brighouse, West Yorkshire. We want to think it's a beautiful spot in the rolling Yorkshire hills...sadly we're in a big industrial park strategically positioned just a few minutes from the M62 motorway.

How long does the setup take?

Typically, the setup with your eCommerce website to our 3PL portal and the storage and allocation of all your products can be completed within just two weeks (depending on how quickly we receive your documents and how soon your products are delivered to us). To sum up, the quicker you are, the quicker we can be too.

What sectors do you work with?

The sectors which love our 3PL services include beauty & cosmetics, books & magazines, clothing, footwear, stationery, subscription boxes and supplements & vitamins. Basically, if your products fit in small to medium-sized boxes, we will be an excellent fit for you.

Do you provide for all package sizes?

Sadly not. As mentioned above, we typically work with businesses sending small to medium-sized packages.

Do you have minimum order quantities in place?

Yes. If you're only sending out a handful of products per week, we are not for you. Instead, we work with businesses typically sending 250+ items per month. If you are not quite reaching this quantity, please contact us, as we may still be able to help (we are here to help you grow, after all).

Do you include a returns service?

Absolutely. As returns are an integral element of online shopping, we manage returns for our clients. This, as with everything else, is all on your portal.

Do you include an exchange service?

We sure do! Like returns, exchanges are an integral element of online shopping, so we manage exchanges for all our clients.

Do I need to insure my own stock?

Nope. We provide complementary insurance for all our 3PL clients.

How do you charge?

We keep it simple. Providing you pass our credit checks, we tally up all your transactions at the end of every month and invoice you accordingly. There's no need to make manual payments as all invoices are paid via a GoCardless direct debit setup.

Is this a VAT service?

Sure is. All prices quoted will be subject to VAT at 20%.
